It's Not November Yet, Is It?

The story of this picture:

I was showing a couple buddies around Rancho San Antonio County Park
Neither had been there before so I was acting as tour guide so we walked and talked more than we photographed.

Rancho has a pretty good number of wild turkeys that roam around to the delight of us visitors.
During mating season, the male turkeys put on quite a display to impress the hens.
We did not get an opportunity to get a nice shot of a group or a male,
but walking on the trail, we rounded a bend and came upon this little lady.
